How long after placing my order will it take to receive my first order?

We offer next business day delivery for in stock items to clients within the Greater Toronto Area provided the order is placed in the morning. Clients outside of this area may take an additional 1-3 business days. 
Do you ship to the United States?
No, we unfortunately can only ship within Canada at this time.

I looked at your website and could not find what I need. What now?

We are continually expanding our product line. There may be items that we have access to, but is not listed online. Please give us a call to inquire!

I am using these items for the first time, what should I order?

We offer free consultations. Whether you are a first time user, changing items, or want to know what's available, give us a call and we can help.

Can I pick up my items?

Items that are pre-paid can be shipped to and picked up from our office. A call will be made when the items arrive and are available for pickup.

I was shipped the wrong item, what now?

Please give us a call immediately.

Do I have to order online?

Absolutely not! You can place an order by phone, in person, or via email.

Can I order products and have it delivered to my parents living in a nursing home/supportive housing/retirement residence?

Yes, absolutely. Prior to placing the order, please get in touch with the facility to ensure they will accept delivery.
