All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Items will be repaired or replaced under manufacturer’s warranty.

The return of merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt. Authorization must be made with Home Care Supplies service representative prior to returning of products.

All hygienic products cannot be returned once opened. All other products must be returned in resalable condition.

A 20% restocking charge will apply for all returns. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
